Synchro Skills

Synchro Skills is an introductory program to synchronized skating’s five basic elements: Circle, Line, Block, Intersection, and Wheel. This session will familiarize skaters with elementary holds, elements and transitions, done in a group lesson setting. Skaters will work in small groups of 2-4. Participants can be of any age, with a minimum skating level of STAR 1.

Synchronized skating, or “synchro” is a specialized discipline of skating involving groups of eight or more skaters performing various group formations and maneuvers. The objective of this class is to prepare skaters for Synchro Skills in the new Star 1-5 program that Skate Canada is currently developing. The long term goal will be to build a team strong enough to compete together.

Please Note: Our Synchro Skills program is on hold due to current COVID-19 Health & Safety regulations.
