Skating at Trout Lake for 50 Years! 

Welcome to East Vancouver’s Grandview Skating Club, your one-stop “learn to skate” club! Operating every Fall and Winter at the Trout Lake Community Centre, Grandview offers  Skate Canada’s National learn-to-skate program CANSkate, STAR1 (Intro. into figure skating), STARSkate level 2 to Gold competitive test programs, adult skating, off-ice training and CANPower (hockey/ringette skating skills).

Fall and Winter sessions are held at Trout Lake Community Centre located at 3350 Victoria Dr, Vancouver. Spring and Summer sessions are held at Britannia Arena, 1616 Parker St. and Sunset Arena 390 E 51St.

  • CANSKATE and CANPOWER Registration for Summer will open on May 24th at 7pm
  • Grandview Skating Club AGM will take place Sunday, June 5th at 6:15pm, in person at Britannia Arena
  • Grandview STARSkate Awards Banquet is on June 18th, more details to come

Grandview Skating Club (GSC) is a non-profit organization run by a volunteer board of executives. All club operations, except coaching, are carried out by parent volunteers and skaters. Volunteer work is essential to the quality and success of our club.
