Skating at Trout Lake since 1966!
Welcome to East Vancouver’s Grandview Skating Club, your one-stop “LEARN TO SKATE” club! Operating year-round, Grandview SC offers all disciplines of Skate Canada programming, including CANSkate, (Learn-to-Skate) STAR1 (Introduction to figure skating), STARSkate level 2 to Gold competitive programs, adult skating, off-ice training, CANPower (hockey/ringette skating skills) and Special Olympics Learn-to-Skate and Competitive Figure Skating. All programming is coached by certified Skate Canada coaches.
Fall and Winter sessions are held at Trout Lake Community Centre located at 3350 Victoria Dr, Vancouver. Spring and Summer sessions are held at Britannia Arena, 1616 Parker St., and/or Sunset Arena 390 E 51St (location can change seasonally; check registration pages for location details).
We are proud to announce that Grandview Skating Club is one of only two skating clubs in the BCYT region to receive “Platinum” status this year. We thank all our skaters, coaches, and volunteers who help us shine bright and contribute to a well-rounded, inclusive, fun, and active club!

Grandview Skating Club (GSC) is a non-profit organization run by a volunteer board of executives. All club operations, except coaching, are carried out by parent volunteers and skaters. Volunteer work is essential to the quality and success of our club.
